Feature:
Dichondra Micrantha has low root, resistance is strong, high coverage, is the “green carpet”, is suitable for park, garden green space, such as cultivated ornamental, can also be used to ditch slope, dam slope, solid earth materials such as the side of the road.

Cultivation techniques:
1. Sow January to April on the surface of lightly firmed, moist seed compost in pots or trays. Lightly cover the seed with a sprinkle of fine grade vermiculite. Keep at a temperature of between 21-23C.
2. After sowing, do not exclude light as this helps germination. Keep the surface of the compost moist but not waterlogged; until germination which usually takes 5-10 days. When large enough to handle, transplant seedlings into 7.5cm pots or trays.
3. Gradually acclimatise plants to cooler conditions for a few weeks before planting out after all risk of frost 15-30cm apart or in baskets or containers.
4. For the best results, plant in a good well-drained soil or compost and grow on in full sun or part shade.
